About US

Clarite is a boutique Strategy Advisory and Change Program Execution consultancy. Since our inception, we have aimed to differentiate ourselves by engaging our clients with Clarity (of interactions, conversations and outcomes) and Collaboration (working side-by-side with you).

We also strive to be smart for you by being versatile and agile team players, who desire to do great work for great clients whom we like.

For we trust that embodying a brand promise built on focus, practicality and clarity puts a distinct face and personality on our business, and the relationship and outstanding work we will do together.

Our clients look to us when struggling with an issue or approaching the hard work of strategy implementation.

The “exam questions” we typically have been asked to commence our engagement include:

  • “We are in a low or zero-growth core business environment, and our Executive Team has envisioned a transformative new market opportunity to drive top-line growth. Can you help outline a Business Design to determine if and how we can “win”? And can you stress test that value proposition, identify operational (technology, process, talent, content) strengths and gaps, and lay out an implementation plan of actions and investments required?"

  • “Our business is under regulatory scrutiny given various mandates in the Financial & Information Services sector, and now we must ready our organization to adopt those new principles. Can you assist us to take those principles, assess risk from Compliance policy and Business procedure perspectives, and guide us on the specific changes we need to make to satisfy a future external audit?”

  • “Given a shift in our selling model (toward subscription-based) and current technology landscape, we need to take a hard look at our technology strategy going forward. Can you help us to review our current systems and capabilities vs. future, and lay out a road map for us that simplifies our environment, enables us to scale up our growing business, and realize efficiencies from a reduced physical footprint?”

  • “We are spinning-off  a large operating unit, and do not have the internal capability to manage all the moving parts to completion. Can you provide Project Leadership to stand-up an Initiative Management Office, drive progress within a series of workstreams, and be responsive to management with frequent status playbacks? Essentially, can you serve as our Transformation Officer?"

  • “Our industry is in the midst of disruptive change, as we move from a Print to Digital environment. Revenue recognition and reporting, product code management, and product packaging are sub-optimal. Can your team come in and perform an Operational Assessment with the goal to take those findings and work with us to form a broad strategy and approach for this dramatic transition?”

Operationalizing a winning business strategy requires an inside-out understanding of the business and what drives its value and relevance. From a business’ founding through Product, Operational and Technology evolution and maturity, it is crucial to strategize every move.

Clarite calls its team Strategy Realization Officers, effectively serving as project air traffic controllers ensuring that all initiatives land on plan and time to deliver expected benefits.

Our model blends:

  • Expert strategic advisors

  • Former industry and functional operators

  • Business consulting know-how

These independent Strategy Advisory and Project Leadership services help to guide, implement and position your intent so that your strategy can resonate and make a measurable difference. Playing the role of “challenge” is a core tenet of ours, for we believe clients need an outsider to test the hypothesis around a strategy or business problem, and then assemble the information set that brings independent perspective and clarity to the question of “What does good like look?”

So how does a strategy become part of the business life?

Through the kinds of collaborative, pragmatic techniques and hands-on assistance that make Clarite a proven and worthy partner to our clients.
