QUALIFICATIONS:

Senior track record in management consultancy and/or industry leadership (i.e., functional head)
Commitment to the principle that team matters most
Genuine care for the client team members as individual people and not just their work role/persona
Advanced C-Suite presentation, storytelling and business case skills (written and verbal)
Excellent problem-solving ability
Constantly willing to challenge the status quo by asking "why do it this way?" and "what is the art of the possible?"
Collegial and collaborative team player
High energy and highest integrity to do the right thing always
Adaptive to our client's culture and workforce - and fitting in with that style
