President and Founder

RICH SQUEGLIA

As a Senior Transformation and Operating executive with 30+ years of experience, Rich drives Clarite’s growth and delivery across the portfolio of client engagements. He is the quarterback in advising, shaping, and executing operational strategy agendas for scale, productivity, and growth across a wide range of global enterprises, PE sponsors, and portfolio leadership teams, including B2B FinTech, Media, Consumer Products, and Information Services.

He has navigated businesses through acquisition, integration and liquidity events, optimized mature businesses for improved financial and operating performance, and operated within large, publicly traded businesses to scale their operational, product and shared service footprints.

Prior to founding Clarite, Rich was a senior consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services unit. Rich was responsive to strategic and financial private equity buyers in post-integration value creation matters. He began his career as a turnaround consultant at Arthur Andersen within their distressed company / workout management service lines.

Rich holds a B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross, and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
